| How long does delivery take? |
| Delivery generally takes 3-5 days. Please expect delays during this busy time. Anything in the "a touch of luxe" that requires customisations may take longer. All parcels are tracked & need to be signed for. |
| How long do I have to return my item? |
| You have 14 days from the date ordered to return items back to us. Goods must be within their original condition with all tags and security ribbon in intact. |

We advise that pieces being refunded should be 2nd class signed for. |
| How can I return my order? |
| Leave the item in the box with all tags and security ribbon on the item. Add a new label on the mailing bag given with the return address and send this as a second class & signed for delivery from your local post office. |
