Due to the current economic situation, we want to offer you 21 days for returns. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the security ribbon still on and in the same condition you received it. If you do not want to leave your house and keep a social distance we recommend door-to-door service from Royal Mail or DPD.

To return your product, please email us with a reason for return and we will send you the returns address.

We advise that pieces being refunded should be 2nd class & signed for, please send us a copy of your receipt and we will reimburse you once we have the parcel.

Please allow up to 1 week for the refund to be in your account once the parcel has arrived.
